摘要
Compsn. contains as active ingredients (a) L-Dopa (I) in the form of pellets and (b) a decarboxylase inhibitor (II), or salts of these cpds. with physiologically acceptable acids and bases, for simultaneous and separate administration. The wt. ratio (II):(I) is 1:0.5-100 and unit doses esp. contain 10-100 (pref. 25-50) mg (II) plus 50-1000 (pref. 100-500) mg (I). (II) is benserazide (IIa) or carbidopa (IIb).
