PURPOSE:To set an optimum alarming range according to the condition of a radio channel by setting automatically an alarming range setting value in an alarm circuit corresponding to a detection signal from an incoming level detection section at the setting of the radio channel. CONSTITUTION:When the radio channel is set between a stationary station 1 and a portable station 2, the direction of an antenna or the like is adjusted so as to maximize an incoming call level based on an incoming call level meter or the like. The incoming call level in this case is detected by an incoming call level detection section 4, and when the level of the detection signal is small, for example, a small alarm range setting value is set so that no alarm signal is outputted from an alarming circuit 3 depending on the incoming call level. Thus, a frequent alarming signal output is not caused due to more or less fluctuation or the like of the radio channel and only when it is required to output actually an alarming signal, the alarming signal is outputted through optimum setting. |
