<p>PURPOSE:To reduce in thickness a photocoupler, to simplify it, to reduce in size a semiconductor relay, and to improve a designing efficiency and production yield by integrating a photocoupler module having highly shared use. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 2, a photovoltaic element 3 and a driving circuit 4 are mounted on a TAB tape mounting tape 38. Both the elements 2, 3 and the circuit 4 are sealed with light permeable resin 36. A light radiating from the element 2 is reflected on a boundary of the resin 36 and incident to the element 3. This photocoupler module 39 is mounted together with MOS type transistors 5a, 5b on a board 41 to constitute a semiconductor relay.</p> |
