The amusement machine comprises an actuator, random number, symbol display connected to be operated for the random display of a number and symbol upon actuation of the actuator. A fixed display comprises a matrix of numbers, the symbols corresponding to the numbers. The symbols can be displayed by the random number or symbol display. The fixed display and random display are connected so that upon operation of the random display to display a number or symbol, the corresponding number or symbol is indicated in the fixed display.
