PURPOSE:To produce the injection molded shoes having excellent fashionability and high-grade handmade feel by injection molding the shoes in the state of surely holding fine bodies, such as jute tapes, in the desired positions on the forming surface of a bottom mold. CONSTITUTION:This production process consists of a 1st injection stage for forming the 1st part 7 of the shoe sole mounted with the fine bodies 2 on the outer periphery of the shoe sole by injecting a shoe sole material into the cavity formed of the dummy last mold 1 tentatively mounted with the fine bodies 2 on the side faces corresponding to the outer periphery of the shoe sole and the bottom molds 5, 6 and a 2nd injection stage for injecting the shoe sole material into the part (2nd part 10 of the shoe sole) of the part exclusive of the shoe sole part of the shoe sole formed by the above-mentioned stage and molding the entire part of the shoe sole. The dummy last mold 1 provided with grooves 11 for tentative mounting to fit the longitudinal edges of the fine bodies 2 or needle-like projections 12 for tentative mounting to pierce and stop the fine bodies so as to face outward and downward is used as well. |
