<p>PURPOSE:To provide a video tape recorder provided with a CM skip searching function capable of displaying the time of CM skip search presently under execution by dividing it to a certain time range. CONSTITUTION:The device has the constitution provided with a CM counter 3 to count the skip search time under execution, a comparator circuit 6 to divide the executable skip search time set beforehand with the prescribed time range and also compare the divided each time range with the skip search time counted by the aforementioned CM counter 3, and a display circuit 7 to display that the skip search time under execution exists within the corresponding time range when the skip search time exists in the arbitrary time range based on the comparison result of the comparator circuit 6.</p> |
