Layout for mobile crane or lifting truck

The mobile crane comprises a wheeled vehicle with driver's cab (10) on one side and an ic-engine, driving the vehicle and lowering the hydraulic elevating system, on the other side below the cowl (12). A telescopic lifting arm (22) articulated at the rear, and hydraulically operated, is mounted within the central space. In the depressed position the arm is stowed below the drivers sight line. Provision is made for fitting fork lift and other attachments to the end of the arm.
