The residual heat from the expanded working medium in the gas turbine (4) is used to generate steam. The steam is further heated before being expanded in a heat exchanger (7) arranged in the heating chamber of a fluidized bed furnace (8) and part (20) of the efficiently expanded and cooled working medium from the gas turbine is mixed into the fresh air to be compressed in the gas turbine.
