<p>PURPOSE:To enhance a GND potential in an IC card formed by mounting semiconductor elements on a multilayer substrate with a high density. CONSTITUTION:Lands 8 of a GND of a multilayer substrate 3 are electrically connected to panels 5 through a plurality of contact members 7, whereby the panels 5 are considered to be electrically the same as the GND layer of the substrate 3. Therefore, good electric characteristics are obtained without changing the outer dimensions of the substrate and an IC card, and the strength of the IC card is also improved.</p> |
