A vehicle anti-theft security arrangement consists of a bar or plate B that when in the locked position the vehicle control pedals are totally covered by the plate or bar 8 and are unable to be operated. When the said plate or bar is not in use it can be moved back into a recess 5 in the vehicle floor. The vehicle security arrangement can be manufactured to a kit form or manufactured from the outset of new vehicles.
