PURPOSE:To continue the message communication after recovery from crush of a process without increasing the overhead for message communication in a message base system of a device provided with a saving and restoration mechanism of capability. CONSTITUTION:A non-volatile memory 19 is provided with a capability save area 20 expressed by capability, and saving and restoration of capability held in a current process 12 are instructed by a capability save instruction means 13 and a capability restore instruction means 15. A capability index information reporting means 11 reports index information of capability from the current process 12 to a standby process 14. A capability save and restore management means 16 saves and restores capability in and from the capability save area 20 on security based on capability. |
