摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent cages from making collision with each other in duplicated manner, by cutting off the supply of power from a block zone control section, to a corresponding zone coil when a plurality of cages have entered a block zone and by causing a forced brake control section to forcibly braking the cages. CONSTITUTION:When a #2 cage travels in a zone belonging to a zone coil 19b, a power supply instruction is issued from a power supply instruction selecting and controlling section 24 in a power control device 20 so that power is fed to a b-zone coil. At the same time when, the instruction is transmitted to a power control system 20 for another cage, the power instruction selecting and controlling section 24 controls the power supply to zone coils (a, c) adjacent thereto, and accordingly, block zone control is carried out in order to prevent another cage from entering into the zone (b). If the entrance of another cage into the zone (b) takes place erroneously photoelectric sensors provided at opposite ends of the section coil 19 detect the entrance so that a forced deceleration instructing signal is delivered to a forced deceleration control section 26 which carries out emergency stop. Accordingly, the cages may be prevented from making collision with each other in duplicated manner, thereby it is possible to enhance the safety.
