PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device capable of specifying the prediction of abnormality, the cause of generation, etc., based on abnormal sound pressure and frequency distributions, especially, even if sensors are not individually attached to all objects. CONSTITUTION:A vibration in the operating state of a device is detected by audible area sensors 10-12 and low frequency sensors 13-15, which are disposed on respective places A-C of the device, and a control part 20 diagnoses the operating state of the device with a neural network algorithm having the prescribed number of intermediate layers, by using the sound pressure and frequency distributions from respective sensors as input data to an input layer. |
