PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable charge inspecting device for photosensitive drum having a simple structure for a support part on which a photosensitive drum is exchangeably mounted, capable of easily and momentarily exchanging the drum, and having a high precision in inspection, compared with a conventional device. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts of a photosensitive drum A is supported by rollers 4, 5, 9 in such a manner as to be attachable and removable and rotated by a motor 7. A pair of brackets 12 having rotating rollers 12a making contact with both the end parts of the photosensitive drum A, respectively, are mounted on both sides of a charger body 11a with a fixed space from the surface of the photosensitive drum A and energized in the direction of the photosensitive drum A by a spring 13. A potential measuring instrument 15 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the photosensitive drum A through a belt 25 rotated by a motor 17. |
