PURPOSE:To reuse brake energy as driving energy of vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An ACG 81 is rotary driven quickly upon braking. Power is fed to the field coil 81D of the ACG 81 according to the opening of a brake lever, for example, operated by a driver. When a voltage decision means 155 makes a decision that the voltage of a battery 83 is lower than a predetermined level, a second switching means 157 is turned OFF to charge the battery 83 with power generated from the ACG 81. When a decision is made that the battery voltage is higher than the predetermined level, the second switching means 157 is turned ON to consume the generated power through a resistor 85. |
