PURPOSE:To prevent the shift from the reference voltage of the Schmitt level, by the current Miller constitution at least for one of two transistors of multicollectors connected for bistable operation. CONSTITUTION:The Schmitt operation upwarding the input to an input terminal 8, is a point that the collector current of a transistor TR22 and the collector current of TR6a are in agreement. In this case, since the TR6a is intended for current Miller constitution, and since the collector curretns of TR6a and TR1 are almost kept equal, Schmitt operation is made at the point when the collector currents of TR1 and TR2 are equal. Accordingly, the Schmitt level is almost in agreement with the reference voltage of the terminal 7, never being shifted upward from the reference voltage. On the other hand, the Schmitt level when the input to an input terminal 8 is decreased, is shifted downward, but it can be improved by adopting the current Miller constitution for TR5. |
