<p>The present invention relates to an actuating device for casements. The device is characterised in that it comprises two telescopic arms (1, 5) forming compasses after they have been extended from their position retracted behind the shutters (2, 6), in such a way that, when a push is exerted in the vicinity of the vertex of the compasses, the two extended arms (1, 5) push the two shutters (2, 6) simultaneously in order to cause them to pivot into their open position.
