PURPOSE:To prevent invasion of liquid type food by providing a high-frequency delivery opening, a high-frequency penetrable cover watertightly blocking the delivery opening and a tongue located on the underside of the cover on the periphery of the delivery opening mitigating concentration of an electric field. CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency delivery opening 12 is blocked by a high-frequency penetrable cover 13 having a packing 14 arround it so that liquid food does not invade into a second waveguide tube 10 from between the cover 13 and the delivery opening even if liquid food is spilt inside a heating chamber 1. Further, even if the cover 13, for instance, comes off the delivery opening 12, falling into the inside of the waveguide tube 10 is suppressed because a tongue 16 is located on the underside of the cover 13. Further, providing a tongue 10 mitigates concentration of an electric field on the part 18 on the second magnetron side on the periphery of the delivery opening 12 so as to reduce heating of this peripheral part 18 thus to prevent deterioration of the cover 13 while having a good effect on the suppression of heating unevenness. Thereby, high frequency spreads evenly all over the inside of the heating chamber 1 so as to allow uniform heating of food. |
