PURPOSE:To provide a register reader wherein registering of the registering mark of a printed sample is possible without allowing a worker to bend forward in reading the register of the printed sample on a trial stand. CONSTITUTION:A register reader is equipped with a screen 6 having a diffusion surface, an optical system for forming the reflected light from the registering mark (8) of the printed matter placed on a trial stand into an erected image on the screen, and an imaging element (17) converting the reflected light to an electric signal. |
