PURPOSE:To obtain an inverter having a constitution as simple as possible and excellent radiation noise characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite bead FB1 is connected in series with a feedback diode D1, and a capacitor C2 is connected in parallel with a series circuit of the FB1 and the diode D1. A ferrite bead FB2 is connected between an emitter terminal of a bipolar transistor Q1 and a drain terminal of a MOSFET Q2. A capacitor C3 is connected between a drain terminal and a source terminal of the MOSFET Q2. The beads FB1, FB2 have higher impedance characteristics in a frequency band higher than those in a low frequency band. The capacitors C2, C3 which have excellent high frequency characteristics and excellent radiation noise characteristics such as ceramic capacitors, are used. |
