PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of optimizing the high-speed reproducing processing of voice. CONSTITUTION:In a device for blocking a voice signal inputted by a blocking means 28 by time series, comparing the level of the voice signal with a determined threshold every block by a level judging means 24, judging only the block having a signal larger than the threshold effective, and reproducing only the effective block by a reproducing means 20, when the level judgment by whether the voice signal level is larger than the threshold or not, the inputted voice signal level or the threshold can be variably regulated to optimize the ratio of the effective part. Consequently, regularly stable voice processing can be performed regardless of the magnitude of the input signal level. |
