CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin film 4, which is separated from a thermal shrinkage tape 3 and unified with prepreg 1, is formed into the thermal shrinkage tape 3 under a temperature at the time of firing, the thermal shrinkage tape 3 is wound round the outside of the prepreg 1, which is under a condition wound round a core metal 2, and fired. |
