<p>PURPOSE:To keep the synchronization independently of a time code by inserting a special signal designating a coding start position just before a start position and starting the coding based on the detection point of time of the special signal. CONSTITUTION:An inter-frame difference detection circuit 8 detects a special signal based on the result of calculation of an inter-frame difference at a boundary between a frame of a color bar signal and a frame of a black level signal. Then a timing controller 9 inserts a special signal designating a coding start position just before the start position as to either a picture data or an audio data and decides the coding start position with respect to the data based on the detection point of time of the special signal at first for one data and implements coding for data compression from the head till its end. The circuit 9 implements coding for data compression as to the other data, thereby keeping the synchronization between the picture data and the audio data.</p> |
