<p>PURPOSE: To provide a data output driver with which a high output gain can be provided by suppressing the increase of a threshold voltage generated by a substrate bias effect. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a constant voltage means 100 for supplying a 1st signal to the bulk of a 1st output transistor in the 1st state of signal and supplying a 2nd signal to the bulk of the 1st output transistor in the 2nd state of signal concerning the data output driver having 1st and 2nd output transistors 1 and 2 for receiving a pair of signals having mutually complimentary logic levels at respective gates. By impressing the same voltage as a source to the bulk of the 1st output transistor for pull-up, the bulk and source can maintain the same voltage level at all times and the influence of the substrate bias effect can be avoided.</p> |
