PURPOSE:To obtain sharp cyan color picture images by incorporating a specified colorant so that sharp green, blue and black color picture images an be obtd. with combination of a yellow developer and a magenta developer. CONSTITUTION:This toner consists of a colorant, binder resin, magnetic powder, additives, etc. As for the colorant, 100 pts.wt. of C, I, Pigment Blue 15, and 0.5-20 pts.wt. of C, I, Pigment Green 7 and/or C, I, Pigment Green 36 are compounded. It is preferable to compound 1-12 pts.wt. of C, I, Pigment Green 7 and/or 36 considering the electrification stability and hue. The amt. of colorant in the toner is not specified but preferably 0.5-25 pts.wt to 100 pts.wt. of the binder resin component. |
