PURPOSE:To perform the cooling of the titled filter without the exclusive cooling water by fitting an endless circulation path circulating the insulating oil to the inside of a closed casing wherein the insulating oil is encapsulated and an electromagnetic coil is surrounded thereby and introducing one part of this pipe into a conveyance pipe of waste water. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic coil 18 is housed in a casing 26 surroundedly and safely and the insulating oil is encapsulated therein and a circulation pipe 28 of the insulating oil is conducted therefrom. Since a semibody part of the circulation pipe 28 is introduced into a conveyance pipe 10 in the downstream side of the conveyance pipe 10 which is communicated to a filter vessel 12 and feeds the waste water, the insulating oil is cooled with the waste water. Still more the heat exchange efficiency is preferably enhanced by providing many fins 30 to the outside periphery of the circulation pipe 28. |
