PURPOSE:To precisely break an air bag cover along a break line by using a semi-hard polyurethane integral skin foam having a breaking elongation of a specified value in an air bag cover. CONSTITUTION:As the material of an air bag cover 5, a semi-hard polyurethane integral skin foam having a breaking elongation of 280% or more is used. Thus, only by using a reinforcement only in the circumference of the mounting part to a body, a highly safe air bag device which can be highly precisely broken without having the possibility that the cover is broken in a form different from a desired form and torn-off from the mounting part, or fallen into pieces and scattered to passengers can be provided. |
