PURPOSE: To improve an initial adhesion property and stability for a long period and to prevent the leakage of a soln. by having a membrane in a bottom, holding this membrane at the lip of the bottom and holding the ring with the ring itself along the wall in a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION: The well 12 includes a hollow tubular wall 14 and forms an internal surface with space ends of upper and lower parts 16, 18 on the axis. A lip 20 extends radially within the internal surface at the end of the lower part and forms a spacing 22. The membrane 24 has front and rear surfaces 26, 28 and are circular. The peripheral portion 30 of the membrane 24 comes into contact circumferentially with the upper surface of the lip 20 and the central part of the membrane 24 exits across an aperture at the time of use. The low part surface 36 of the circular ring 32 having an outside surface 34 and a low part surface 36 presses and holds the front surface 26 of the membrane 24 and presses the circumferential portion of the membrane 24 to the lip 20, by which the lip is frictionally held with the wall of the vessel in the prescribed position. The formation of the well 12 is executed by inserting the membrane 24 into the upper part of the well 12 and pushing the membrane down to the position of the lip 20 by a suitable method, then pushing the ring 32 down to the position where the ring comes into contact with the membrane 24.
