PURPOSE:To enhance an efficiency of resetting work after a correcting operation of an erroneously mounted electronic component by selecting a mode for restarting a mounting operation with the erroneously mounted component, and a mode for restarting the mounting operation with a component to be mounted next to the erroneously mounted component. CONSTITUTION:A mounting apparatus 10 has a control unit 30 for entirely controlling a mounting operation. The unit 30 has first and second reset switches 526, 528 which can select a first restart mode for restarting a mounting operation with a mounted electronic component W and a second restart mode for restarting the mounting operation with a component to be mounted next to the erroneously mounted component W. Accordingly, when the mounting operation once stopped due to the erroneous mounting is restarted, first and second restarting sequences can selectively be instructed in response to a content of an erroneous mounting process. |
