PURPOSE:To furnish a diaphragm type pump which can easily unify discharge pressure of the pump with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:Low pressure fuel is introduced to pump chambers 40, 41 and lubricating oil is filled in cylinders 6, 7. When pistons 18, 19 start reciprocal motion, diaphragms 8, 9 deform and deliver low pressure fuel in the pump chambers 40, 41 through check valves 46, 47. Low pressure fuel works on one of spools 35 sliding in the cross direction in the drawing, and high pressure fuel coming out of the pump chambers 40, 41 works on the other of the spools 35, and fuel in the pump chambers 40, 41 is spilled through a spill passage 48 in order to keep pressure differential of both of them uniform. Additionally, an alarm to detect contamination of fuel in lubricating oil is furnished. |
