PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED FILM

PURPOSE:To obtain a film protected in the printed surface simply without use of any organic solvent by thermopressure welding of easily heat sealable polyolefin based film on a composite PP film with a thermosensitive adhesing material laminated thereon after printing. CONSTITUTION:A composite biaxially stretched PP film (a) having a thermosensitive adhesing material layer (c) (preferably, an ethylene-propylene random copolymer with a random characteristic containing 1-8mol% of ethylene or the like) is delivered from a delivery section. Then, a printing (d) is given to the surface of the adhesing layer (c) of the film (a) at a gravure printing section 4 and then, the film is dried in a drying furnace 5. On the other hand, an easily heat sealable polyolefin film (preferably ethylene-propylene random copolymer or the like) (e) is delivered from a delivery section and put together with the film (a). It is subjected to a thermopressure welding with a heating roll 6 and wound. EFFECT:This is ideal for multiquality, small lot production and free from air pollution.
