PURPOSE:To obtain a pollen sensor which enables simple and easy measurement of the quantity of pollen floating in the air. CONSTITUTION:A pollen sensor 11 has a first film 17 constructed by fixing glucose oxidase and glucoamylase on a porous poly-acrylonitrile film being about 50mum thick, a second film 19 laminated on the first film 17 and constructed by fixing betaamylase on a porous film similar to the above, electrodes 15 for detecting hydrogen peroxide produced in the first film, and a dripping device 21 supplying the second film 19 with water or a water solution for wetting the film. |
