CONSTITUTION:An electric signal generated at a laser type displacement sensor 10 which is proportional to the distance from the edge of an ALC plate 14 and the like, is input to a controller 11 and a drive command signal generated from the controller based on the electric signal is input to a drive means. By operating the drive means with the drive command signal, the position of metal embedded in the ALC plate and the like is detected with a metal detection sensor 20 moved to a position in a predetermined distance from the edge of the ALC plate and the like.</p> |
