CONSTITUTION:The signals from both or either of 8 computer 2 having the function for processing the state values which are collected through a measuring instrument 4 and/or a control panel 3 having the function for monitoring the state of a plant at the job site are outputted to a timing system 1. Thus, the period for collecting the state value is changed so as to fit the state of the plant. The apparatus is constituted in this way.</p> |
