<p>PURPOSE:To make a device operate by a single power source and to measure efficiently a discharge current and a charge-discharge current of a charging line. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 in which a gap 11 is formed and through which a charging line 2 is inserted, a secondary coil 3 and a bias coil 4 which are wound on the core 1, a Hall element 5 disposed in the gap 11, a change-over circuit having a charge-discharge current measuring mode and a discharge current measuring mode, and a magnetic balance control circuit which cancels a magnetic flux generated in the core 1, are provided.</p> |
