<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hinge device capable of opening a door at an angle of 270 deg. without exposing it to the outside of the body of a car. CONSTITUTION:A curved hinge arm 120 is borne on the first pivot 131 borne on the first hinge base 100 mounted on the body of a car and the second pivot 132 borne on the second hinge base 110 mounted on a door. The first lever 143 and the second lever 144 having cam-followers respectively are borne on the hinge arm 120, and both levers are connected with a link member 145. Both cam-followers are brought into contact with the first cam and the second cam fixed to the hinge bases respectively, and in the case the door is opened at specific degrees, relative rotation of the hinge bases 100 and 110 against the hinge arm 120 is allowed.</p> |
