PURPOSE:To prepare a routine document satisfied with items to be described by the small number of data input processes within a short time and to automatically prepare a routine document based upon many languages from a routine document prepared only by one language. CONSTITUTION:The format of a routine document inputted from a format input part 1 is stored in a storage part 2, and at the time of preparing the routine document, a document preparing part 5 extracts items whose contents are to be determined inherently in the document from stored format information and an intermediate expression preparing part 4 prepares an intermediate expression to be translated into many languages by using contents data inputted by a document preparing operator from an item input part 3 for the extracted items. The document forming part 5 prepares a Japanese routine document by a Japanese document preparing part 51 e.g. in accordance with the intermediate expression and an output processing part 6 outputs the prepared routine document on a display 7 or a printer 8. |
