<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an information processor capable of normally operating respective circuits even in an unstable voltage state to be generated at the time of turning on or off a system power supply or the like. CONSTITUTION:A high level signal in an unstable voltage state which is transmitted between the I/O terminals of the 1st and 2nd circuits 20, 10 is converted into a low level signal by a voltage holding circuit 30 connected between the I/O terminals of the 1st and 2nd circuits 20, 10. Thereby the circuits can normally be driven even in the unstable voltage state to be generated at the time of system start-up or the like.</p> |
