<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a wire penetrating section module under high temperature and high pressure by constituting the module of an annular metallic body, a penetrating conductor rod to be inserted through a heat resistant insulator into a conductor insertion hole, a molded item of inorganic composite material applied tightly to the annular metal body at the opposite sides thereof, and a metallic shield case located at the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A penetrating conductor rod 16 is secured into a penetrating conductor rod insertion hole 14 through a heat resistant insulator 17. The heat resistant insulator 17 may be applied on the inner peripheral faces of insertion holes 14a, 14b in metal boards A, 11 and B, 12. Molded bodies 18 of inorganic composite material are applied tightly to the annular metallic body at the opposite sides thereof thus compression sealing the conductor rod 16. A composite material of low melting point glass and natural or synthetic mica is employed, for example, as the inorganic composite material. A metal shielding case 19 is disposed on the outer periphery of the molded body 18. Consequently, the wire penetrating section module can be used under high temperature and high pressure.</p> |
