<p>PURPOSE: To perform a safe and sanitary processing in a device for opening and emptying a rigid and collapsible casing or flexible bag containing liquid requiring processing therein by arranging a casing having a storing container installed therein and a movable cutter. CONSTITUTION: A cutter acting like a scissors-like element comprised of a fixed cutter 3a-n installed horizontally and a movable cutter 3a-n driven by a motor 9 and acting like a scissors-like element together with the fixed cutter 3a-n is arranged at a rotating shaft 6 below a casing 1. As the movable cutter 3a-n passes through a parallel slit via a pulling rod under an operation of a motor 9 having a rotary cage 2 extending from an extreme end near the inner surface of the casing 1 to the rear end near the scissers-like cutter and enters into the rotary cage 2 and then the casing is opened, liquid flows out of a discharging outlet 1. As the rotary cage 2 is rotated by the motor through the rotating shaft 5 with an opening 12 being directed downward, the full empty casing is provided with a lip type packing 16, rotated around a shaft of the edge of a receiving tank 15 and slips down from the rotary cage 2 and the casing 1 without contact with an external part.</p> |
