PURPOSE:To provide a synthetic resin-made nonwoven fabric sheet which is light-weight, prominent in the permeability, flexibility and rigidity and is molded in die to have projections. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin-made nonwoven fabric sheet shock absorber is made of a shock absorber made of a synthetic resin-made nonwoven fabric sheet and having projections at least on one side in which a height of the projection is more than five times as large as a thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet and the total of the perimeters of projection mouths within a square of 10cm of the nonwoven fabric sheet. A unit fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric sheet has higher orientation and higher crystalization in an outer layer part than in the central part, and also has high compressive strength and firmness. Thus, as the thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet can be reduced without injurying the permeability and rigidity, shock absorbing characteristics can be provided as well as light weight and prominent flexibility. |
