PURPOSE:To execute data transmission control while surely judging the quality of a data line by outputting a signal to inhibit the transmission of data when field strength is lowered and inhibiting the data transmission for data transmission inhibit time corresponding to longest field strength drop time concerning recovery. CONSTITUTION:A DC voltage is impressed from an incoming field monitor part, and a first detecting means 2 detects that the DC voltage is lower than a threshold value and the time lowering it rather than the threshold value continues for more than prescribed time. On the other hand, a second detecting means 3 detects that the lowering speed of the DC voltage is higher than set speed, and the both detected results are processed by an AND means 4. Corresponding to the output of the means 4, a control means 5 selects the longest time of lowering the DC voltage rather than the threshold value, judges the quality of the data line and outputs the data transmission inhibit signal. Concerning the recovery of this inhibition, the data transmission inhibit time calculated by multiplying set magnification corresponding to the selected time is outputted as data transmission inhibition information. Thus, the data transmission is controlled while surely judging the quality of the data line. |
