<p>PURPOSE:To improve image quality such as printing density, a printing dot size, etc., by forming a heating element layer of a stable resistance value by preventing a surface of resistor paste from being damaged when a photoresist layer is peeled off for a manufacturing method of a thick film type thermal head. CONSTITUTION:Resistor paste is filled in an opening part formed by removing a photoresist layer 4 applied to a substrate 1, located at a position, at which a heating element 10 is to be formed, of the photoresist layer 4. Then, glass paste is further filled in the opening part of an upper part of the resistor paste prepared by shrinkage of the resistor paste by drying said resistor paste, and is dried. Thereafter, after removing the photoresist layer with peeling solution, it is burnt, and a rectangular heating element layer of which an upper surface is covered with a glass layer is obtained.</p> |
