PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge either anomaly by means of a simple circuit configuration in a high frequency burning equipment capable of simultaneously detecting anomaly occurring on the power supply side and anomaly occurring on the load side by detecting a current flowing through a switching element used commonly to a chopper circuit part and an inverter burning circuit part. CONSTITUTION:Provided is a discriminating circuit 1 for discriminating a repetitive abnormal current from a single abnormal current flowing into a commonly used switching element (transistor Q2). By doing this, the control for the single abnormal current can be made different from the control for repetitive abnormal current, so that anomaly on the power supply side and anomaly on the load side can be easily distinguished without using the secondary winding of a choke CH1 of chopper circuit part 3. |
