PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably the retained foam in a prepreg by causing forcedly air in base material to flow out with resin varnish. CONSTITUTION:While base material 1 is brought into contact with the rotary drum with holes and is moved, it is dipped into a resin varnish-tank 2. With said movement, the resin varnish 4 is forcedly circulated and is caused to pass through the rotary drum 3 with holes and the sector-shaped fixed drum 6 with the holes adjacent to the inner surface of the drum 3. The varnish 4 is deaerated and circulated, and then the base material 1 is impregnated with varnish 4. Consequently, the retained foam in a prepreg can be reduced. |
