The control voltage generated by output adjusting signal and the sawtooth wave synchronized to input power are compared to control triac. The digital controller includes a counter (1) for detecting power control switch input, a control voltage generator (2) for generating voltage whose level is determined by output signal of the counter (1), a sawtooth wave generator (3) for generating sawtooth wave synchronized to input power, a control signal generator (4) for comparing the control votlage and sawtooth wave to generte control signal, a motor control unit (5) for controlling a motor according to the control signal, and a rectifier (6) for generating 5V DC power.
