PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour of development and that of maintenance by defining a telegram and the data structure of a transaction and then defining inspection and exchange rules between data based upon relation with the data. CONSTITUTION:A normalizing program forming means 9 sorts conversion from a telegram into a transaction or conversion from a transaction into a telegram based upon inspection conversion rule information stored in a specification library 4, and in the case of conversion from a telegram into a transaction, forms field defining sources for the telegram and the transaction, a telegram field independent restriction checking processing source, an inter-field restriction checking processing source, and processing sources for independent transfer to the transaction and working transfer. In the case of conversion from a transaction into a telegram, telegram and transaction field defining sources and processing sources for single transfer from the transaction and working transfer are formed. |
