PURPOSE:To enhance the transfer efficiency and to reduce the transfer cost by holding electronic mails for a prescribed time and composing the mails in a way of multi-body and sending the result when lots of short electronic mails are sent succeedingly to a same recipient. CONSTITUTION:When a node equipment 1 having an electronic mail transfer control means 8 and an OSI communication basic access control means 9 requests a transmission, priority is designated to an electronic mail outgoing time management means 2. The means 2 holds electronic mails for a time designated for each destination and sends all the electronic mails to a multi-body composition means 3 when a designated time expires. The means 3 composes the holding electronic mail group into a multi-body and makes a transmission request to the means 8. The means 8 sends it to a recipient via the means 9. The received electronic mail is decomposed into single electronic mails by a multi-body decomposing means 4, and a message reception confirming means 5 confirms the acceptability of each parameter. A distribution communication transmission means 6 generates a distribution success MPDU and the means 8, 9 are used to return it to a sender.
