PURPOSE:To provide a capacity control valve capable of holding the set inlet pressure stably without being influenced by the discharge pressure fluctuation of a variable capacity cam plate type compressor. CONSTITUTION:A discharge pressure chamber 48 partitioned by a bellows 46 and a ball bearing 56 is communicated with a discharge chamber 7 and also with a crank chamber 13 through a valve hole 52 and a control port 51. An inlet pressure chamber 36 partitioned by a diaphragm 35 is communicated with an inlet chamber 6. A ball valve 57 disposed in the discharge pressure chamber 48 is supported in such a way as to switch the valve hole 52 by a valve spring 54 through the ball bearing 56 and a supporting rod 55, and by an adjusting spring 44 through a rod 58, a diaphragm 35, a spring bearing 45, and the like. The discharge pressure receiving area of the bellows 46 is set to be equal to that of the ball valve 57. |
