摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title microorganisms having high fumarase activity, resistant to alpha-aminobutyric acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective microorganisms belonging to Brevibacterium, resistant to alpha-aminobutyric acid and containing fumarase can be obtained by culture in a medium with acetic acid as the main carbon source.
